5. A new restriction is being passed threw Chicago about texting on the phone while riding a bicycle. The City Council passed an ordinance prohibiting for bicyclists on Wednesday including no talking on the phone. Fines are intended to be $20 starting from a first offense and ever rise up to $100 in case of a subsequent violation. And the most unforeseen if the accident involved a bicyclist would have to pay $500.
6. In my opinion this article is very important for Chicago riders on bicycles. I could never imagine in my life that rules like this may be passed out. As i looked at my self i always enjoyed riding my bicycle but from now it doesn't seem that i will keep doing it. Its because of my nature to glance on my phone while riding a bicycle. I check out the time frequently and if police catches me i will be in troubles, they might believe i was texting. So, for my safety and economy i keep this rule in touch.
