First Day in College

 I have been the US for one year,but have been Chicago for only two weeks. This is the first semester in this college, I hope I can have a good semester here.

   Last year, I was in the Salt Lake City, it is a very different city from here. Chcago is a modern city, but Salt Lake City is a quite city. There are many different views in the US. I can feel many different culture, and I can make friends with people from different countries.

   For this semester, my goal is doing my best to learn English.

My First Time in the US

I came to  Chicago when I was 13 years old. At the beginning I din't want to come because I was missing my father already. Then my mom told me that I need to go with her to the US so I can have a better life style and she was right. The first time I was the snow I was wearring short and a T-Shirt and a soon as I saw snow I went running outside

 I HAVE BEEN IN USA ALMOST 4YR. WHEN I WAS IN CHICAGO AT THAT TIME.
IT WAS WINTER SEASON. MAYBE EVERYBODY KNOW THE WINTER OF CHICAGO IT IS JUST COLD.. I NEVER EXPERIENCE THAT KIND OF COLD.. I WEARED MANY HEAVY CLOTHINGS AND FACE MASK.. BUT, I GOT 4TH WINTER SEASON IN CHICAGO NOW.
FINALLY, I CAN EXPECT THIS WINTER ALSO VERY COLD SOME WITH BEFORE. AND I READY FOR ENJOYING 5TH WINTER IN CHICAGO.

I am becoming a American now!How meanful it is!It's so different from my country--China:The air is fresher,the building is shorter...Everthing makes exited!I think I will love and enjoy this place no longer~

my first day at Harlod Washigton college was in the year 2010. I was scared that day because it was my first time in college. I was scared to because in high schol and a college there are so different like you have more classe but there are short they are 45 minutes each class. I was scared to because i was thiking the teacher was mean but at the end of the day i was happy with all my teacher and classes.

I came here for 2 months ago . The frist day in Chicago, i was very happly ,and everything are fresh for me. That day ,my sister picked up me from airport.The weather was fine that day .I think it is a good start in the U.S.

The best important day in my life when i came to the U.S. About seven months ago, i with my excited heart and my parents came to here. At that day, the weather was very bad, it was a snow day that was to cold to me. However, i think that is a different world to me, many thing will change. But if i like there i would like to do better, i hope everything will be fine. Also i miss my hometown, my dog, and my friend form my country.my first day in the US was very long, i do not forget.

My First Day in America

My first day in America was very hot and tiring. The humid of the weather made us sweat. The pit from the body made our clothes wet. Til the time we got to the house, we were very tired. We had baggages full of important items that we had to unpack. We spend a little time to rest and look over the house. Our apartment was very clean, neat and ready for us to settle in. On the evening our friends came over and we made a little pizza party of moving in to a new home. The day was great!

i come with my sister on August22,2007. i use to think unate state is like hieven but it is not alot of differnt from where i came and it is the most exited mooment in my life because i met my father and my unte after ten years.

so little bit nervous and then met my cousin and went cousins house
and putted package and got some dinner with cousin at korean resturaunt
finally i was tired little bit so took slept.

The day is a meaningful day for me to be USA . I saw a lot of different things from my original country.Such as the building, the colourful people, the cars etc. Those things made me feel funny and exciting, cause it seem to a new world coming to me and it has lots of things for me to explore. The feeling looks like not real.

My First Day in United States of America

My first Day in Chicago was two years ago, for that time, everything that I saw was incredible for me. I visited some museums, the zoo, some parks and lakes,the downtown and another parts. Chicago is a New Land for my, Chicago is a Land of oportunities; and also is a place where the persons are so nice and affables; And I hope that one day I will be part of this bussinesses society, and to help this nation. "God bless America".

I came to United States two years ago.I came here from Poland. When I was at the airport my family was already waiting for me.My uncle,aunt and little cousin.I was happy that I could see them after couple years.We just ate a dinner when we got home , and then we went to the millennium park for a walk.I was admiring whole downtown because it's a completely different
view as I had in Europe.
