Sunday has been designated don’t slouch day. Well, it’s National Spinal Health Day, our mothers told us not to slouch, but we didn’t listen to their. If we had listened to them, there probably would be less devoted to education about back pain. The posture depend spine, which can lead to all sorts of neck, back and hip problems. So there offers a few tips for a healthier back: yoga, run, swim etc.
Not only Sunday has been don’s slouch day, if you are free, you can have sports anytime. I know if you are busy, tired, you don’t wand do any sport. But if you have 15 minutes simple sport better than you have 15 minutes rest feel relax. Let’s get healthily.
