There is something's called "salad" doesn't make it healthy.This article tell us how to make it nutritious, tasty and filling. There are several factors:keep it colorful, add lean protein, sprinkle on some crunch,avoid high-calorie culprits,add flavor,watch the dressing and keep it raw.
If you want to eat healthy salad,you should do that what i say above. If you eat healthy food,you will be healthy.If you eat umhealthy food, you will not be healthy. That's what i want to say."You are what you eat".
